Use Name, Household, Attendance, Meal, Dietary and Private notes. Attendance can be attending, pending or declined. You do not need guest phone numbers or emails for this planning workflow.
Download, fill, review
Download the free CSV template in the planner, open it in your spreadsheet app, and add one person per row. Preserve international spellings and give each person their own row, even if two people share a name.
Check before you import
The import review lets you map unfamiliar column headings. Possible duplicate names are flagged and retained. Unsupported attendance values and over-limit files are rejected without partially replacing your current list.
Private details stay separate
Keep dietary information in its own field and personal planning notes in Private notes. Guest-facing stationery never includes private notes; dietary details are included on the caterer sheet only when you explicitly choose.
Keep a copy you can edit
