Vowora seating displays and welcome signs support A1 (594×841 mm), A2 (420×594 mm), 18×24 inches and 24×36 inches. The PDF page uses the selected physical size. Choose paper your printer or print shop can handle.
Print at 100%, not fit to page
In your print dialog, choose actual size or 100% scaling. Disable “Fit to page” and automatic scaling. Print the test sheet on A4 or US Letter first and measure the 50×50 mm square with a ruler. If it measures differently, fix scaling before printing the pack.
Check your cards
Flat cards are 90×50 mm; folded cards start at 90×100 mm and fold to 90×50 mm. Corner marks show cuts, and dashed lines show the fold. Use suitable cardstock and check your printer’s paper-weight limits.
Give names room to breathe
Long names wrap or trigger a correction warning rather than disappearing. Large guest lists may continue onto additional pages to preserve readable names. Review all pages before ordering a large-format print.
A few honest printing limits
The output is an RGB PDF with embedded Noto Sans type. Universal CMYK, bleed and commercial-printer compatibility are not claimed. Artwork remains inside the page edges. Ask your print shop about their requirements and inspect a physical proof.
Before sharing the files
Confirm attendance, assignments, spelling, page count and sizes. Keep private notes out of public documents. When a name or table changes, generate new files and replace older copies already shared with your venue or printer.
