Place cards or escort cards?

Place cards mark a specific setting and can show an optional meal marker. Escort cards tell a guest their table. Choose the output that matches your arrival flow; you can create both from the same plan.

Flat or folded, A4 or Letter

Flat cards measure 90×50 mm. Folded cards measure 90×100 mm before folding to 90×50 mm. Sheets include cut marks and, for folded cards, fold guides. Print at 100% and check a test sheet first.

Only reprint the names that changed

Select the guests whose cards you need again, or export a refreshed complete pack. Keep private notes off the stationery. Meal text is opt-in and should be agreed with your caterer.
