Browser drafts
Your free draft is stored in local storage on the device and browser you use. Spreadsheet parsing happens locally. Clearing browser data, private browsing limits or losing the device can remove your draft; download an editable backup regularly.
Account saving
When you explicitly save or proceed to checkout, your wedding data is sent over HTTPS to the Vowora API and stored in PostgreSQL on the self-hosted Coolify infrastructure. Account ownership checks protect saved weddings from unrelated accounts. Authentication uses essential session cookies.
What your list can contain
Names, households, attendance, table assignments, meal choices, designated dietary information and private notes are used to build your plan and outputs. Guest contact details are not needed. Avoid adding information you do not need for seating and printing.
Payments
Stripe handles sandbox checkout during setup. Card details are entered on Stripe, not stored by Vowora. The API stores a checkout reference and verified entitlement for the wedding. No real charges are collected in the current sandbox release.
Printing and sharing
Guest-facing outputs exclude private notes and dietary notes. The caterer sheet can include the separate dietary field only when selected. Downloads are generated on request; recipients of files you share may keep their copies.
Measurement
No advertising trackers or guest-content analytics are installed in this release. Guest names, meals, private notes and spreadsheet rows are not sent as analytics events or placed in public page URLs. Infrastructure may keep operational request logs.
Retention and control
Local drafts remain until cleared. Saved purchased weddings have no automatic project expiry. Download a backup before deleting account data. Operational retention, a public support inbox and data-request procedures must be finalised before accepting live purchases. This release remains a sandbox preview.
